Cancellations

1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of products and services from Dive Into Swimming (hereinafter referred to as “DIS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), made either online through our website or in person at our brick-and-mortar locations. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by this Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellations by Customers

2.1 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their orders or bookings without any charge within 14 days of placing the order or booking the service.

2.2 To cancel an order or booking, customers must inform DIS in writing by sending an email to hello@diveintoswimming.com or by post to Dive Into Swimming, Nene Group, 11 Basset Court, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5EZ. Please include your name, address, details of the order or booking, and, where available, your phone number and email address.

2.3 If you cancel an order or booking and you have made any payment in advance for products or services that have not been provided to you, we will refund these amounts to you.

3. Cancellations by DIS

3.1 DIS reserves the right to cancel a contract in circumstances such as, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 In the event that we have to cancel an order or booking, we will promptly contact the customer, offer an alternative where possible, or provide a full refund.

4. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services after changes to the Cancellation Policy signifies your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to check the Cancellation Policy regularly for updates.
