Our Open Positions
Swimming Instructor
We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Swimming Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an ASA Level 2 and Level 1 teaching certification (or equivalent) and have a genuine love for teaching and swimming.
Not only do we welcome experienced professionals, but we are also excited to meet individuals who are considering a change of career and believe that the world of swimming is their perfect match.
As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our high-quality, safe, and enjoyable swimming lessons, fostering a love for the water and confidence in young hearts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality swimming lessons
- Nurture a positive learning environment
- Monitor and report on swimmer progress
- Complete lesson admin before (registers) and after lessons (skills attempted/mastered, badges earned etc.)
- Demonstrate the 4 main strokes with confidence
- Weekday and Weekend availability is required
Qualifications:
- Swim England (ASA) Level 2 certificate in teaching swimming OR equivalent STA Level 2 certificate in teaching swimming
- STA Safety Award for Teachers or another equivalent life-saving certification preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- DBS Enhanced Discolsure
